Still having trouble finding Uruk Hai warriors in town.  I guess I need to take another trip to the local GW store, even though they're my most expensive option, and hard to get to.

On a happier note, the FLGS (friendly local gaming store) that I'm buying my Uruks through got in some Uruk berserkers.  The owner knows I'm sort of collecting Uruks at the moment, and though he claims he just got the wrong thing, I secretly suspect he's trying to get me to buy them.

Well, Friday I had a few extra bucks of  lunch money left over, so I went ahead and got the berserkers.  I know, I can't use them in the "Battle Companies" game yet since they're an experience upgrade, but there's no logic in addiction.

So they're cleaned up, primed and based, and waiting for some paint.  Uruks do paint up very quickly, so I can probably get them done in a night or two.

If only I could paint my historicals this fast!  But let's face it, Uruks are pretty much just skin, leather and metal with no particular decoration save a white hand print on their head, so that doesn't take too long to paint, even when I'm trying to do a good job of shading, etc.
